Despite our efforts to get her to stay, Dr. Angie is out of office this week..

Dr. Angie is currently attending a Mastermind seminar focused on Zone Technique. This training enhances her clinical knowledge and skillset, allowing her to better serve and care for all of her amazing patients. We appreciate your understanding as she continues to invest in providing the highest quality chiropractic care. 🩵

❄️ Winter Hydration = Spinal Health 💧
Cold weather often means we drink less water—but your body still needs it just as much (sometimes more!).

💦 Why hydration matters in winter:
• Keeps spinal discs cushioned and flexible
• Helps muscles recover and prevents stiffness
• Supports joint mobility and nerve function
• Reduces headaches and winter fatigue

🦴 Spinal discs are made mostly of water. When you’re dehydrated, they can’t absorb shock as well—leading to more aches, tension, and misalignment.

Winter Hydration Tips:
✔ Sip water throughout the day (even if you’re not thirsty)
