Count the Kicks reports a 32% reduction in stillbirth rates in Iowa since its inception. Fetal kick and movement counts should start at 28 weeks of pregnancy. This is an important indicator of fetus health and can be a lifesaving measure for some expectant mothers. Learn more about Count the Kicks here: https://bit.ly/3TH5lhK

Please join us in welcoming Kayla Duff, PA-C to The Iowa Clinic Hematology Oncology department!
Kayla found her calling in oncology during her training, drawn to the deep, meaningful relationships that form between providers and the people in their care. With several family members impacted by cancer, she understands the personal weight of a diagnosis and feels honored to support individuals and families throughout their journey.
Kayla values shared decision-making and prioritizes education, ensuring each person understands their care plan and feels supported every step of the way. She believes there’s nothing more rewarding than improving someone’s quality of life so they can continue doing what they love with the people who matter most.
This weekend, Iowa Clinic providers attended ChildServe's Bubble Ball, where TIC was a proud sponsor. ChildServe is a not-for-profit organization that partners with families to help children with special health care needs, such as autism, live a great life. 🩵
Ankeny pediatrician Dr. Sullivan serves on ChildServe's Board of Directors:
“Autism spectrum disorder has a range of symptoms which generally appear in the first two years of life. However; the severity of symptoms varies widely so it may be diagnosed at any age. The Iowa Clinic, P.C. was formed in 1994. Today we are the largest physician owned multi-specialty group in Central Iowa with more than 250 physicians and healthcare providers practicing in 40+ specialties.
Here at The Iowa Clinic, we don’t see patients…we see mothers, daughters, fathers, sons and friends. Our physicians and staff are committed to meeting and exceeding your expectations while providing healthcare services of the highest quality. We are not satisfied with anything less.
Our primary location is a 170,000 square foot state of the art medical facility located in Wes Des Moines. We have 7 other clinic sites throughout the Des Moines Metropolitan area as well as numerous outreach clinics in rural areas. Our population base is 1.1 million patients averaging 420,000 visits per year.
Physician Owned & Independent
We are locally owned by doctors living and working in the communities we serve. Why does this matter? Because decisions about patient care are determined by you and your physician, not a larger corporate entity. Independence and control of patient care brought us together in 1994, and it’s what keeps us together today.
