Thanks to all of the incredible yogis that continue to show up in community to practice in this gorgeous space by the waterfront in Old Town Alexandria, VA.

We couldn’t do this event without our teacher team and teaching weekly classes and support .

Pause to recognize what was important to you over the fall season as you prepare for the winter days ahead. ⁠The vinyasa practice will be focused on folding and twisting to create a container for winter to rest your body. ⁠

We will close the flow practice with a time to rest and reflect with a 30 minute long relaxation and sound bath led by Soul Voyage Studios. ⁠

Bring a bolster or blanket to support your rest during the sound healing.
