Hey guys! I’m Hailey, a Skin Specialist at The Vanity Bar!

I’m originally from Minot, ND, and I moved to Fargo in 2023 to attend the Esthetics program at The Salon Professional Academy, graduating in 2024. Since then, I’ve fallen in love with the Fargo area and decided to stay and start my career here.

From a young age, I’ve had a passion for all things skin and beauty, and I love helping people look and feel their best. I believe self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. Everyone deserves a moment to reset, recharge, and prioritize their skin health.

I’m passionate about providing facial treatments that are both results-driven and relaxing, and I’m dedicated to creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every client.
In addition to my work in esthetics, I also work at a childcare center, where I spend my time nurturing and guiding children in a supportive environment.

In my free time, you can find me golfing, vacationing with my fiancé, spending time with friends and family, or enjoying some self-care!

With 26 years in the beauty and wellness industry, my passion lies in skincare, education, and truly caring for people. I’ve spent the last 21 years teaching esthetics at a local beauty school, guiding future professionals as they begin their careers.

I love working directly with clients, and I’ve been part of The Vanity Bar team since 2023, where I combine my expertise, education, and genuine love for skincare to create meaningful experiences for every client.

Outside of work, I enjoy life with my daughter Kenna and our dog Ella. We love traveling and discovering new places, and when I have time to myself, nothing beats a good book and a glass of wine.
