Typically, when you arrive you will be asked what areas you would like worked on. Our clients usually share with us any areas of pain or discomfort that they want to feel relief from and I go from there. These massages are tailored to your needs and likes. d the greatest relief in concentrating on their back and neck. It is your time, so you can pick what you like. Throughout our sessions I use a lot of good communication skills. As a therapist, I want to serve you, I will check in on the pressure levels to see if you need more or less pressure. At any time you can always request more or less pressure. I really want to work with in your comfort level. I want your massage to feel good and like things are getting worked out. During this time you can be completely quiet or can talk or some of both! I are very knowledgeable with in our field and will answer any questions you may have to the best of our ability.
