✨Come treat yourself and bring some friends, next Sunday August 3rd downtown Fargo, from 4pm to 6pm!

✨I’ll be giving hand and scalp massages 10 minutes for $20. Also plan on giving a mini demo on self-massage to show how you a variety of techniques and tools you can do at home! 😊
Another vendor, Kybrow, will be offering mini waxing and facial services as well!

I’m going camping/forest bathing with some friends! 🌲🌳What is forest bathing you ask?
Well, it’s a Japanese practice of immersing oneself in nature. Some benefits include:

Went and got a reiki session for myself today. I cried throughout the whole session and I’ve never cried like that while receiving reiki, usually I cry later at home or days later. The therapist mentioned that the mental energy to be a muggle is draining. I giggled because she wasn’t wrong. Haha. Starting your own business can be draining.

So this is the look of someone who has been muggling too much and needs to chill out in nature, like my friend’s dog in the picture hung up in my space. 😆 Was suppose to have a client today but they cancelled and maybe it was a good thing, so I can focus on not muggling so much. So far I wrote in my journal, drank some calming tea, and I might go for a bike ride later.
