✨ New Saturday Availability! ✨

Starting December 6th, I’ll be opening appointments every other Saturday at Inner Soul Reflections! Yay! 🙌🏻

As many of you know, I also work another part-time job, so this schedule will allow me to honor both my energy and your needs. This new rotation lets me offer more weekend support while still staying balanced and present for each session. 💞

✨Do you work a desk job and feel stiff or sore from sitting all day? A massage may be what you need to feel better!

I love seeing transformations while working with clients on my table! The client in this video works a desk job and is hunched over a lot. Witnessing the transformation after their massage was rewarding!

Different ways massage is beneficial for releasing pain and stiffness with posture:

🔸Releases tight and overworked muscles.

🔸Improves joint mobility and flexibility to help maintain proper posture.

🔸Can correct muscular imbalances when massages are scheduled regularly. This helps break down built up scar tissue and releases tension within muscles that have been sore from poor posture.

🔸Increases the body’s awareness to become conscious of one’s own posture.

Getting regular massages with having a desk job, can be super beneficial!
It’s best to book a massage at least once a month, if possible!

✨I love my neck being stretched when I get body work done! My clients love it as well, especially when I stretch their neck in ways they’ve never thought of before! 🙌🏻

✨Our neck muscles are always tight, especially when we are looking down at our phones or sitting a lot! Stretching our muscles along with getting a massage can help loosen muscles, improve flexibility, and reduce pain.

🎃🏀 Halloween Vibes! 🏀🎃

Okay, so this year I decided to have a little fun with Halloween and dress up as Caitlin Clark!

Here’s the funny part — a bunch of people have told me this year that I look like her. I’ll be honest… I didn’t even know who she was at first! After hearing it a few times, I finally looked her up, and now I can totally see why! Can you see a resemblance? 😆 And what’s even funnier about this coincidence is, I played basketball a little bit when I was younger from about 4th grade to 7th grade. Granted I didn’t love the sport as much as Catlin has, but I do enjoy lots of other physical activities!

So, this Halloween, I’ll actually be dressed as Caitlin Clark while giving massages and Reiki sessions! 🧘‍♀️💆‍♀️

I thought it’d be a fun to bring some Halloween spirit (and a little extra lighthearted energy) into the space.
