Today marks the beginning of OCD Awareness Week 💙

OCD is more than habits, cleanliness or perfectionism — it’s a serious mental health condition that significantly impacts millions of people's daily life worldwide.

Did you know?

Between 1-2% of U.S. adults live with OCD each year — that’s over 3 million people.

Symptoms often begin in childhood or adolescence.
