1 hour massage
- $80.00

1 hour 30 minutes (90 minutes total)
- $110.00

A quick update for my clients!

Starting April 1st, there will be a $5 increase on all massage services. The new prices are as shown.

30 minutes- $60
60 minutes- $85
75 minutes- $100
90 minutes- $115

This adjustment helps support the rising costs of operating my practice while allowing me to continue providing the quality care, time, and attention each of you deserve.

I’m incredibly grateful for the continued support of my clients and the trust you place in me with your health and wellness. Thank you for being part of my practice — it truly means a lot.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me! And as always if you are having a hard time affording your self care please come to me because I am always willing to work with those in need. Everyone deserves to feel good in their body!

Dealing with stress but not sure what to do to help? Can’t get away from work or have too much on your plate to get in for a much needed massage?

Try changing up your pattern by doing the following:
Whenever stress spirals, break the cycle with a quick change of environment.
• Stand up, take 3 steps, or even clap your hands loudly.
• Your brain shifts focus from the stressor to the physical movement, giving you a mental break.

Your appointment time is set aside just for you.
Out of respect for your time, my time, and other clients waiting for appointments, please review the following:
• Reminders are a courtesy. Clients are responsible for keeping their scheduled appointment time, regardless of whether a reminder is received.
• 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the session fee.
• Less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
I understand emergencies happen and will review them on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for valuing both my time and the time of other clients!
