Okay friends, real talk. We just recorded our first episode of the year. Our theme for January is “Intention.”

We read this practice from “The Magic” about creating a different kind of to-do list. Not what you HAVE to do. But what you want done FOR you. Carissa’s favorite!

Then you say thank you like it’s already handled.No strategy. No 10-step plan. Just... gratitude.

We spend SO much energy trying to control the HOW. What if that’s actually blocking the magic?
