$10 physicals are available until 2:30 today at AJ High School on the Care-A-Van. Dr. Wala and Dr. Riaz were busy yesterday with exams, and Dr. Wala is returning today.

Attention West Frankfort students and parents/guardians: The SIU Care-A-Van staff will be available on registration day, Tuesday, 8/5, from 8:15-12 and 1-3 to administer sport and school physicals. The charge for this service is $10 cash. Please note that immunizations will not be provided. Parents and guardians are to pick up and complete physical forms at the Care-A-Van table inside Frankfort HS that day. This service is available to students in pre-k through 12th grade.

Attention AJ students and families:

The SIU Care-A-Van will provide $10 school and sports physicals on both AJ High School registration days, July 30 from 8-11:30 a.m. and 1-3 p.m., and July 31 from 8-11 a.m. and 12:30-3 p.m. Parents/guardians must collect forms and check in at the Care-A-Van table in the registration area. Please note that immunizations will not be available, but the Southern Seven Health Department will be open for assistance. This is available to students from pre-K through high school age.
