Hello My Acu Family!

I'd like to introduce Kathy Lyons, an incredible empowerment coach! We will hosting an evening focused on you! I will be doing auricular acupuncture, no needles, just all natural seeds to reduce stress and anxiety while detoxing the body and Kathy will lead a guided meditation.

It's a great way to release and let go of any gunk you're holding onto that no longer serves you as well as helping to reset and ground you before the hectic holiday season begins.

Exciting news! We've just added massage to our list of services. Please join me in welcoming Gina. She is a licensed massage therapist and has 17 years experience in Swedish, Pre Natal, Sports massage and Deep Tissue.

1 hour or 45 minute massages are available Tuesdays from 9-7, Thursdays from 3-7.
