Have you ever heard of the term neuroplasticity?

Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to build new pathways based on learned experiences. Think about learning a new skill. The more you do it, the better you will get! Neuroplasticity can be maximized in speech therapy sessions to make changes in the brain. This may include practicing specific skills over and over again so the brain can build new pathways to improve these skills. The more you use your brain, the more you will improve it!
