I am in 🇮🇹 getting ready for my lectures tomorrow after my live at the Richard's aesthetic, reconstructive surgery and beauty clinic meeting for plastic surgery colleagues all over the 🌎!! I just included this beautiful 53 year old patient of mine plastic surgery to demonstrate the power of the deep plane surgery !! She hated how her face had become droopy with deep nasolabial folds and heaviness along her jawline with jowls , widening her lower face and loss of her full higher cheeks. She hated that everyone asked her if she was tired with deep set eyes and a heavy brow. While she wanted to look better she did not want to look “plastic”. I performed deep plane facelift and necklift lifting her fallen cheeks. Deep plane surgery lifts the deep facial muscles and cheek fat pads so that the surface looks smooth! It does not stretch the skin! To rejuvenate her eyes I did a lateral temporallift and lower blepharoplasty (eyelift ). Because of the loss of volume under her eyes with deep eye circles I also performed fattransfer. I think she looks 20 years younger!!! She is such an amazing down to earth woman, and she tells me how her surgery has given her a new confidence she hasn’t felt in years!!! She is amazingly fit and wanted her face to reflect her energetic approach to life ! I am grateful she trusted me

under stated elegance !! Today I saw this 50 year old patient of mine 3 months after I performed her plastic surgery and I think she looks stunning!! She was concerned about the aging of her face, forehead, eyelids, lips, and neck. I performed a deep plane facelift, platysmaplasty upper and lower blepharoplasty temporallift. She wanted to rejuvenate her drooping cheeks, jowls,and hanging neck. She also wanted to open her eyes. The lateraltemporalbrowlift lifts the corner of the brow lifting the upper eyelids and creating a feminine arch to the brow. She looks soo natural but years younger and aesthetically balanced! She is such a wonderful person, so kind, friendly and down to earth. She came all the way from Ohio to have me to her surgery, I am grateful she trusted me with her face!

under stated elegance !!! I am soo happy for this beautiful 55 year old patient of mine, she sent me her picture today and I am blown away by her NATURAL youthful appearance and beauty!!! Her note to me “Feeling so beautiful confident and alive and I owe it to you my brilliant wickedly talent surgeon.” 😊 She had a prior SMAS facelift with another plastic surgeon years ago and was unhappy with her facial appearance. The most common reason for me to perform a deep plane facelift revision of a SMASfacelift is that the neck drops again after surgery. The extended deep plane face lift procedure I have created creates a platysma muscle flap I call a “platysma hammock” that creates neck lifts that last. She hated her dropping jawline, jowls, fallen cheeks and tired eyes. I performed a deep plane facelift necklift platysmaplasty and fat grafting for the face and I opened her eyes with an upper and lower blepharoplasty. The deep plane facelift I performed lifts the deep musculature and supports the skin so the face does not look tight, the cheeks and jowls . I added fat to her temples, lower eyelids and cheeks where she lost volume. The icing on the cake for me is a liplift that I performed to valance the middle third of her face, shortens the upper lip that lengthens with age, and creates a fuller upper lip. I loved getting to know her. I feel like she is family. She is a fellow Italian, is so down to earth, and loves her family … and wine!! I am grateful she trusted me with her face!
