Not all “droopy eyelids” are the same…that’s exactly why a careful oculoplastic evaluation matters. This beautiful patient had two different concerns:
👁️ Excess upper eyelid skin on both sides, best treated with blepharoplasty, and
👁️ A weakened muscle in the left upper eyelid, which required ptosis repair for proper lift and symmetry.

Blepharoplasty and ptosis repair are not the same procedure, and recognizing when both are needed is key to achieving a natural, balanced, and refreshed surgical result.

She is absolutely thrilled with her rejuvenated, brighter appearance!🤍
