I can't say how many times I wake up without lower back pain and feel grateful for Dr. Casden and his bright and efficient team. I tried everything to avoid surgery for many years, but my L5-S1 disc was so extruded and causing so much pain that I finally gave in. That was almost fourteen years without the problem ago. I've insisted on my friends going to Dr. Casden and they feel the same way about him. He's busy, he's confident, and he's direct, but he's also kind. I doubt there are many spine surgeons with his skill, and I know there are very many without it.
