I will be reading (recording) a book to be played for kids K-2 in New Haven.

One of my favorite memories growing up was having books read to me in class and at home. I still vividly remember the excitement of sitting on the floor with my milk getting ready to hear a story. I also loved picking out books from my teachers bookshelves. Some children don't have as many books to choose from.

This really cool play dough video, created by an MD to teach her son about how he was born, demonstrates how c-sections cut through superficial and deep fascia. Women who have had c-sections sometimes continue to have pain and fascial dysfunction after it’s healed. These women may benefit from fascial manipulation treatments.
