Autumn is a time for the trees to clean off their old growth in order to rest and then make way for new growth in the Spring. Maybe we humans should also take some time to shed what no longer serves us now and be kind to ourselves over the winter months and emerge in the Spring with new energy. Be kind to yourselves!
