My Story

My greatest joy as a mother was breastfeeding, but it wasn’t easy. I hired a lactation consultant and attended La Leche League meetings where I found my crew. Were it not for all those wonderful women, I don’t know how I would have gotten through those early weeks. I loved it so much that I left grad school to follow my passion which was to help mothers and babies achieve happier breastfeeding. I am so lucky that every day I get to be with the cutest babies and try to help women feel better about how they are feeding their babies, whether it’s all breastfeeding or partial breastfeeding. Every mom has a different journey, and I’m just along for the ride. If you are struggling, please contact me. I provide in-home and in-office breastfeeding guidance to help you enjoy your time with your baby. I have a cozy office in West Hartford, but will also travel anywhere in the Greater Hartford and surrounding areas. I also offer private prenatal breastfeeding & returning-to-work consults.
