It was a great day for baseball! ⚾️ 🐐

Today, Autumn Lake Healthcare at West Hartford hosted members of the West Hartford and Elmwood Senior Centers at a Hartford Yard Goats home game! Our friends enjoyed the suite-life, complete with delicious food, incredible views, and plenty of smiles!
