Let’s start this holiday weekend off right! . Remember if you have an injury or an issue with a part of your body it is possible for you to modify your workout to get your movement in. This week I had a few clients dealing with different issues with their bodies I was able to customize a workout for each of them specific to their body. One of the benefits of having someone guide you in your workouts is having a workout designed for your specific needs.

It’s Friday ! Here I am using my vibration plate! I find it useful to use before and or after workouts. It only takes 10 minutes. Some of the benefits of using this tool are boosting circulation , helping with lymphatic drainage, muscle pain relief and increased flexibility!. I have found it to be quite helpful! Starting the week of strong! My client increased her bone density by 8% in her spine with resistance training! Here I am working multiple muscle groups to maximize the effectiveness of my workout. Doing bicep curls and over head presses on your knees forces your core to work💪🏻✅. Using the prop of a ball underneath me will add some fire to my core during the deadbug exercise.
