Let’s start this holiday weekend off right! . Remember if you have an injury or an issue with a part of your body it is possible for you to modify your workout to get your movement in. This week I had a few clients dealing with different issues with their bodies I was able to customize a workout for each of them specific to their body. One of the benefits of having someone guide you in your workouts is having a workout designed for your specific needs.
