Our Story

After being a part of the big-box gym scene, Gabriela realized she wanted to build a new studio focused on community and unique workouts. As a women-only space, we've cultivated a culture that's truly empowering and safe. We provide members with hands-on training to ensure both seasoned athletes and those just beginning their fitness journey will maintain proper form. As a small neighborhood gym, our membership fees are far more affordable, and they come with an added bonus -- a tight-knit network of inspiring ladies that'll cheer you on day in and day out.
