I received my first massage more than 25 years ago as a competitive college swimmer and runner. Since then massage has been an important part of my training regimen. If recovering from a hard workout, race or injury – or just dealing with the stresses of work and parenting – I know that my path to wellness includes regular massage. While my passion is working with athletes of all levels who are trying to maintain their health and fitness or recover from an injury, I also enjoy providing massage for stress relief and relaxation for the person who just wants to escape the chaos of everyday life.
