CONNECTION...
This morning, my husband and I had a really interesting conversation about businesses and how the best ones solve a problem for others. It got me thinking about what my business aims to "solve" -

In one word, I would say I aim to solve disconnection. Disconnection from your body, from your emotions, from your intuition, from your soul's knowing, from your Higher Self and Oneness, and from your communities of like-minded peers and heart-led support.

I cannot recommend this program highly enough! Caroline is the most heart-based person and healer that I know. I have watched the effort and learning that has gone into what she is placing into this program and it is invaluable. Frankly, it feels like highway robbery to get it at this intro price, but that's who she is in a nutshell.

Embodiment. That's what I see in this photo of my bestie .wellness and I having our first cacao experience together recently.

In our 26 years of friendship, the types of drinks and the way we drink together have changed drastically. We went from alcohol-filled nights at dance clubs to ethically-sourced cacao in energy portals with sound bowls. 🤣

I used to use alcohol to numb, escape, become social, lessen inhibitions, and unconsciously process my trauma.

I'm in a place now where it has become clear that I am a better channel and healer when I *drastically* reduce alcohol from my life. I have been on this journey for almost a year now, and the results speak for themselves.

🌀I no longer need to numb because my life is a beautiful reflection of all the work I have done to consciously process trauma and emotions.
🌀 I don't want to escape what I have so intentionally created.
🌀 I understand that as a Projector in Human Design, I have limits and requirements to be social.
🌀 In the right environment, I don't need to work to lessen inhibitions. My channel flows freely. Both in my work and personal lives.
🌀 Now I intentionally listen to my body and my soul to ensure I am living in right alignment.

I have to do hard work and make hard decisions to lead from my Healed Self, but it is so much more beautiful here than I ever dreamed...

Meet the facilitating team for the Lionsgate Full Day Retreat on Aug 9 in Chester, CT!

What do we all have in common? We are passionate about helping you heal, grow, and live your dreams. In fact, it's our lives' work.

Lionsgate is an energetic portal that has been used for centuries to help aid manifestation and growth. It begins on July 26 and ends Aug 12. The peak is 8.8 and this year on 8.9 there is a Full Moon. What a powerful culmination it is!
