Each quarter, Trinity Health Senior Communities (THSC) recognizes colleagues' dedication, commitment, and contributions by presenting "Hearts" to those who offer exceptional care to our residents and support and respect to each other. Hearts can be submitted by colleagues, residents, and resident families along with stories about the ways their nominee demonstrates being "Full of Heart." Saint Mary Home (SMH,) THSC's skilled nursing community in West Hartford, CT, congratulates this quarter's Full of Heart Award recipient: Jackie Mascolo, director of social services. A glowing nomination by a family member of a resident in SMH's short term rehabilitation neighborhood noted Jackie's consistent actions to go above and beyond, and to serve as a caring, compassionate, kind, and supportive resource. We are so proud of and grateful for all of Jackie's contributions to our wonderful community at Saint Mary Home!

The Mercy Community is West Hartford’s Only Life Plan Community. It includes Saint Mary Home, Connecticut’s oldest continuously-operating skilled nursing facility, and The McAuley, which offers independent and assisted living options for seniors.
