🎆We got a miracle today🎆 Hank was found💕💕
He was found hung up around two trees off trails in the reservoir this morning where one of our dedicated volunteers Lee found him alive and well!
He survived 11 days in the bitter cold. So many people helped and searched for his recovery. His Momma was out there for days and hiked miles and miles along with family and friends. Many strangers out hiking were looking for him too! We want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone that participated in bringing Hank home including MDC police for their assistance and support, our drone pilots, Ben, Sean, Erica, Dana and I believe MDC and West Hartford, police had drones up as well. Volunteers from Dog Star assisting in searching, Karen, Barb, Ellen, Bonnie plus I know there was others that jumped in to help. Also our CTDRG volunteers. Donna and Carol who assisted in coordinating the search. April, who hiked Miles for a number of days trying to find Hank. In addition our two dog tracking volunteers Kristen with her beloved German Shepherd, and Mike with his beloved bloodhound and of course Lee for going out again to try to find him this morning ‼️
Welcome home, sweet boy we are all overjoyed you are safe and home 💕💕

Missing in West Hartford-MDC Hartford reservoir 6!
The sweet boy was on the trails with the owners when he spotted a deer and took off. He is dragging 2 leashes (red & blue) and wearing a blue plaid coat. If seen, could you drop a pin and text it to the owner so they’ll have that information and call them immediately to report the sighting!
Please be on the lookout and help get this boy home!

This year brought a lot of changes for our clinic, and through it all, your patience, kindness, and support truly meant the world to us.💚
We’re heading into the new year with an amazing team, and we couldn’t be more excited! We love the group we’ve built and can’t wait for what’s ahead.
