At AFC Urgent Care in West Hartford, CT we treat many types of ailments when your not feeling well AFC Urgent Care is the Right Care Right Now. We have 3 locations serving the Greater Hartford community. Our walk in centers are clean, beautiful, state-of-the-art urgent care center's with friendly, professional medical staff on-site every day. Along with treatment for non life-threatening illnesses and injuries, we also offer a host of services including school, sports, camp, immigration and annual physicals, and vaccinations. Colds, flu, sinus/ear/eye infections, vaccinations, rash, burns, UTI, cuts, lacerations, stitches and removal, allergies, insect stings, strains, sprains, bruises, fractures and motor vehicle accidents and more. If your traveling overseas we offer travel consultation with the appropriate vaccinations recommended by the CDC. We accept most insurance plans including Blue Cross, Aetna, United Health Care, Cigna, Connecticare, Tricare, Medicare, Medicaid/Husky, and CT Affordable Care Act plans (Healthy CT, Access Health, Blue Cross Exchange Plan, Connecticare Exchange Plan). We also have affordable self-pay rates for uninsured or under-insured individuals. Visit us at 1080 Boulevard in West Hartford on the corner of Prospect & Boulevard. You can check-in and do the registration online on our website: www.afcurgentcareWestHartford.com We also offer a full suite of occupational health services and work-related injuries, workers' compensation claims, pre/post-employment physicals. We are also DOT certified for DOT & Non-DOT physicals and drug screens. Breath Alcohol Tests, rapid drug screens, collections, vaccinations, fit tests and more.
