I’ve got something incredible in the works — a new offering I’m wildly passionate about and so excited to share with you soon!

To make space for what’s coming, I’ve made a few aligned changes to my business:

I’m no longer accepting new massage therapy clients, but if we’ve worked together before;we can continue to work together and I look forward to seeing you!

My last bodywork appointment of the day is now at 3pm.

All coaching sessions are now virtual, and I do have a few spots open. I work with folks navigating:

• weight loss
• anxiety & life transitions
• aging & grief
• relationship dynamics
• and all the tender, powerful things life brings

Mindfulness coaching supports the whole of you — and it’s an honor to walk alongside those ready for change.
