Summer consultation is well underway and there are many exciting developments!

First of all, we have THREE more behavior technicians that are getting onboarded onto the team. We welcome them aboard!

Secondly, our learners are making great gains on their goals. We continue to be so proud of them no matter the size of the success.

Lastly, time appears to be opening up for new clients. We continue to be on the lookout for clients needing support in the Greater New Haven County area but we are willing to expand beyond that if we can make it work. We do have a reach in other counties.

Summer is approaching! We will be getting to inquiries that we have not gotten to as soon as we can. Postings are up on INDEED as we are looking to continue to bring more RBTs/ BTs to the team. *Postings would be under Finni Health and being able to work in the Deep River area. *

We cannot forget our new clients! Everyone is such a joy to be around and we are proud of you.

Lastly, a special shoutout to the technicians on the team. They work extremely hard and Arrow Behavioral Associates couldn’t have been more lucky. Shoutout to all the techs & BCBAs out there. You should also be celebrated this week. 🙌🏻

Hello everyone! We are approaching what could be some more growth to the company and services. I might be in the position to bring either a BCaBA or a BCBA on board. The position will have a focus on specific clients. I will look for a range of 10-15hrs during the week. If anyone is interested or if you know of someone that is interested in providing in-home supports/ consultation, they can email me/ send resumes to: julio@finnihealth.com

Today Arrow Behavioral Associates is officially 1 year! It took a while for the business to really “start” due to credentialing, building clientele, and just life itself. However, through all of that, the latter part of the first year has been amazing.

Arrow Behavioral Associates presently has steady clientele, gained two RBTs, and has potential to expand a bit more.

This company has had one mission and that has been to point families in the right direction with compassionate practice every step of the way. We hope to continue to be not only a local service to the town of West Haven but also to neighboring towns and beyond.

The door is always open with and no consult is too small. We look forward to forging new relationships and starting new conversations.
