Job alert: seeking part time RBT or BT. The hours are approximately 4-6pm for 4-5 days a week. We would need some flexibility if hours needed to be adjusted by 30 min for a 4:30pm start time.

Summer consultation is well underway and there are many exciting developments!

First of all, we have THREE more behavior technicians that are getting onboarded onto the team. We welcome them aboard!

Secondly, our learners are making great gains on their goals. We continue to be so proud of them no matter the size of the success.

Lastly, time appears to be opening up for new clients. We continue to be on the lookout for clients needing support in the Greater New Haven County area but we are willing to expand beyond that if we can make it work. We do have a reach in other counties.

Summer is approaching! We will be getting to inquiries that we have not gotten to as soon as we can. Postings are up on INDEED as we are looking to continue to bring more RBTs/ BTs to the team. *Postings would be under Finni Health and being able to work in the Deep River area. *

We cannot forget our new clients! Everyone is such a joy to be around and we are proud of you.

Lastly, a special shoutout to the technicians on the team. They work extremely hard and Arrow Behavioral Associates couldn’t have been more lucky. Shoutout to all the techs & BCBAs out there. You should also be celebrated this week. 🙌🏻

Lots of excitement in the air! The team is expanding and onboarding the next couple of weeks.
