When new to recovery, it's important to consider silent triggers that may impact your sobriety. Our counselors have some suggestions to avoid silent triggers found on social media:
📱 Unfriend people from whom you bought drugs and used with.
📱 Fill your feed with content and people that support your sobriety.
📱 Set health timers to keep you from mindless scrolling.
📱 Delete social media apps and find a new way to spend your new-found free time!
