The Developmental Center

The Developmental Center Inform parents and other potential parents about educational opportunities and local job postings. Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 5:00 pm.

Phillips County Developmental Center's daycare program is licensed by Arkansas Department of Human Services. Our mission is to provide quality services to children at an affordable cost. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided and transportation is also available. Our staff consist of certified professionals and paraprofessionals.

Due to road conditions and power outages, Phillips County Developmental Center, Henrietta J Wilson Education Center , Lakeview Area Learning Center and The Adult Training Center will be closed on Friday February 3rd. We will resume our regular schedule on Monday February 6th.

Due to the predicted inclement weather, Phillips County Developmental Center, Henrietta Jenkins Education Center and Lakeview Area Learning Center will be closed Tuesday January 31st and Wednesday February 1st. We will resume our regular schedule on Thursday February 2nd, if weather permits.

Phillips County Developmental Center, Henrietta Jenkins Education Center Lakeview Area Learning Center and the Adult Training Center is closed today due to the flooding and unsafe road conditions. Several roads are flooded please be careful if you have to get out!!
