We are excited to introduce Daniella Brown licensed pediatric physical therapist giving a gross motor class Feb27, 2025. Please RSVP with her (number provided on flyer below to take this wonderful interactive class. )

Daniella Brown is a licensed pediatric physical therapist with over 18 years of experience. Daniella treats children between the ages of birth to 16 years of age with diagnoses that include torticollis, gross motor delays, cerebral palsy, toe walking, and a variety of other orthopedic, genetic, and neurological conditions. Daniella prides herself on providing quality care that is both effective and sensitive to the needs of both the child and the family. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2006 with a Master's in Physical Therapy.

Dear Patients of Agoura West Valley Pediatrics,

We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe as the wildfires continue to affect our community. We understand how stressful and uncertain this time can be, and we want to share some practical tips to help you stay prepared and protect your health:
• Ensure you have the medications you need. Double-check that your prescriptions are filled and easily accessible.
• Prepare “go bags” for your family. With the fire not yet contained and winds remaining high, it’s important to be ready to leave quickly. Include water, medications, important documents, and comfort items like your children’s favorite loveys or toys.
• Stay indoors as much as possible. The air quality is currently unsafe to breathe. If you need to go outside, wear a high-quality mask (e.g., KN 95 or N95) to protect your lungs.
• If you tend to wheeze, start your medications early. Be proactive with inhalers or other respiratory treatments to avoid complications.
• Drink plenty of water. The air is extremely dry, and staying hydrated can help your body cope.
• Limit children’s exposure to news coverage. Watching flames repeatedly on TV can increase anxiety and stress for kids. Keep them engaged with calming activities instead.
