DINNER HACK: Quick 20 minute tacos! yummy taco night at home! . Make it with fresh lettuce, ’s vegan sour cream, fresh tomatoes, organic sweet corn, and whatever else you love on your tacos! I usually make my own guacamole from scratch, but to save valuable time I decided to try Trader Joe’s prepared guacamole. It actually tastes pretty legit for being a prepared guac! 🥑 🌮 🧀

FAST DINNER HACK: Quick 5 minute vegan dinner. 41 grams of protein. Delicious af.
Ingredients/Instructions:
Annie’s golden lentil Indian Dal soup. Field Roast hotdog, sliced. Microwave 2 minutes. Throw on fresh baby spinach. Microwave 30 more seconds. Stir. Extra virgin olive oil drizzle. Freshly cracked black pepper. BAM!
That’s how you dress up a can of soup!
One thing to keep in mind is sodium levels. Drink lots of water & consume low sodium foods for the day when you eat any canned soup!

Redefining what “diet” means. In the DitchDiet world, a “diet” is NOT restricting oneself to achieve body goals. A diet is simply what you eat. Everyone has their own diet. “Going on a diet” usually means “I’m not allowed to eat certain foods…I can’t eat this…I can’t eat that…” If that is YOU, you are RESTRICTING yourself. That is UNSUSTAINABLE, unhealthy, not ok. What you should do instead is:
1) Redefine ‘diet’
2) Educate yourself on what certain foods actually DO to your body and decide whether or not you want that to happen to your body.
3) Gradually implement healthier habits. You don’t have to suddenly change EVERYTHING you eat or do. The BEST and most SUSTAINABLE changes occur over very long periods of time. You might start by cutting back on soda and gradually replacing it with seltzer.

I LOVE EATING FOOD! If you’re like me, then you want to eat more food!! What if I told you, you can eat MORE food, lose weight, and FEEL GOOD about what you eat? No more guilt!
