What usually is a dreaded experience(going to the doctor, no I don’t like being on the other side), how refreshed and revitalized I feel now! So happy I have my own practitioner who listens to me and not just my numbers, and truly understands the intricacies of hormone balance (NOT one size fits all), and is just as excited about the Longevity/Optimization movement.
