🤪 We’re missing 20 nurses here, but if this year’s EOY dinner is reflective of our 2025, then we executed perfectly. This year was growth, chaos, and learning in equal measure.
To be “your favorite drip company’s favorite drip company” means creating meaningful impact for the people we serve WHILE building the best soft nursing job out there—one where nurses are respected, supported, and given room to grow.
We didn’t get everything right. But we protected the culture. And that’s what lets everything else scale.
