High Protein Chicken Alfredo Pasta

It’s a solid alternative to your favorite fettuccine Alfredo dish from very fancy restaurants like The Olive Garden, but much lighter, and higher in protein.

Ingredients
3.5 oz of banza pasta
4 oz chicken breast
1 cup fairlife milk
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
Garlic powder, parsley flakes to taste

For the sauce, blend the cottage cheese and the fair life milk, then heat it to a simmer before adding it to the cooked chicken and pasta.

Optional, add a small amount of butter and/or Parmesan cheese for a richer sauce, but make sure you factor this in when calculating macros/calories

Dear Friend, My name is Steve Lutsk and I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I've been passionate about health and fitness for over 15 years and I want to help you change your life. I was drinking beer, jager bombs and whiskey 5 or 6 nights a week, eating burgers and fried chicken every other meal and smoking ci******es to handle the stress of college. I was gaining weight slowly and consistently and didn't realize my bathing suit no longer fit until I was actually at the beach. I couldn't lace the draw string through all of the loopholes because my love handles were preventing it from fitting properly. I couldn't even go in the water because the smallest wave would've washed my suit away to sea. I was becoming miserable. I accepted that because of my genetics that this was just how it was going to be. I continued to eat unhealthy, drink excessively, smoke ci******es and gain more weight. Clothes stopped fitting, and it no longer became necessary to wear belts on ANY of my pants (If I could even get them around my waist.) I COULDN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE. I needed to find a solution and I needed a solution FAST. I started working out, stopped smoking ci******es and toned down the boozing. I had early success, but it's hard not to see results when you work out 5 days a week for 2 hours at a time. I knew there had to be a faster, more efficient way to see results. After about 3 months, I was also reaching a physical plateau and getting super frustrated.
