One of my favorite primary rhinoplasty cases this year.

This may look like a standard primary case, but she actually presented with significant congenital abnormalities that created major deformities and asymmetries.

To achieve the transformation she wanted, I used her own rib cartilage to rebuild and refine her nasal structure-giving her both stability and aesthetic harmony.

This is a beautiful example of revision rhinoplasty using cadaveric rib cartilage. In complex revision cases, the real question is always whether what’s achieved on the operating table will stand the test of time and for good reason.

At one year post-op, this result demonstrates the reliability of proper structural grafting and a meticulous surgical strategy. The nasal support, contour, and balance remain stable, natural, and refined.
