Chin reduction is far less commonly requested than chin augmentation.

However, for the right candidate, excessive chin projection can detract from overall facial harmony and soften feminine features.

In these cases, chin reduction can restore better balance and create more refined, feminine proportions.

Unlike augmentation, chin reduction is a more complex procedure and is not performed by many plastic surgeons.

This patient already had beautiful facial features and strong proportions, but by subtly reducing projection, we enhanced her natural aesthetics.

At just three months post-op, she is especially thrilled with her results.

Earlobe deformities can occur for a variety of reasons and may be a major source of discomfort, preventing patients from wearing their favorite earrings or making them feel self-conscious in photos.

The good news is that this can often be corrected with excellent results and nearly invisible scars in a simple in-office procedure under local anesthesia.

These results are just two weeks post-procedure, and she was thrilled to feel confident again and wear her favorite earrings for an important upcoming event.

I love attending academic conferences because they are one of the best ways to continue learning and sharing the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments.

The is one of my favorite conferences, not only for its charitable foundation, but also because it’s held in Park City, one of the best ski destinations.

This case involved correction of a significant deviation of the nasal bridge to the right, improved tip definition, and adjustment of the nostril margins for better balance.

From the side view, a major dorsal hump was reduced to create a straight profile with a soft, natural tip break. An over-projected tip was refined by subtle repositioning slightly up and back, resulting in an elegant and harmonious result.

This gentleman came to me to address post-traumatic scarring and controlled irregularities along the right cheek and temple area.

We moved forward with a comprehensive, non-surgical treatment plan including micro- and nano-needling with PRFM, CO₂ laser resurfacing, and dermabrasion. This combined approach represents one of the most advanced and modern strategies for scar revision and non-surgical rejuvenation, particularly in the delicate eye and temple region.

These results are shown 5 months after initiating treatment, following two treatment sessions, with continued improvement expected over time.

This is an excellent example of Asian rhinoplasty, which often presents unique anatomical considerations.

In this case, I used rib cartilage grafting to enhance definition along both the bridge and nasal tip, improve tip projection, and increase the height of the radix.

She also desired a refined, accentuated supratip break, something we were able to achieve beautifully.
