Happy to help with belly bloat, but always recommend to clients with chronic bloating to see a nutritionist who specializes in gut health, try the Low FODMAP diet, take the MRT food sensitivity test, exercise and increase daily stress reducing activities like deep breathing and meditation.
Lymphatic drainage and various Bodywork is a great boost, but not a replacement for a healthy lifestyle.
