It really is fun to mess around. Working out musn't always look or feel like...a workout. It can be fun and playful!
Kids do it all the time and well, we forget to as we get older, generally speaking.
Why is that?
What if we: Ran places? Walked on walls or dotted lines? Hop-scotched, Threw a ball while on wobbly things, or played tag...all because it felt fun!
Not only would you be "working out", you really would be having fun which in turn lowers our BP, helps emotionally, and gives us more energy!
By the way, kids like "working out" as long as they're having fun.
It's pretty much as simple as that.
This game has become a "thing" for Penelope and myself.
It's something that we can do together, connects us and gives us memories!

Update: amazing progress 💪💪💪three tools at once! MS makes sitting upright unassisted very challenging, if not impossible. Every week we increase the challenge by recruiting more muscle involvement by talking in novel ways to the nervous system- requesting it’s attention. Keeping the stimulus going long enough, but not to the point of fuel depletion. Science is cool. Results are even better.
