Shanise is a Pilates instructor with a background in meditation and yoga and has been mentoring with Breakthrough Pilates for the past year. With years of movement practice, she was drawn to Pilates for the clarity and lasting changes it brought to the way her body feels. She is currently completing her 600-hour comprehensive Classical Pilates training. 🧘♀️✨
