Our Story
Ksenia Luki is a Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Yoga Teacher, and a Massage Therapist. She has always been fascinated with Holistic Healing, Spiritual Practices, Mantra Yoga, Physical and Energetic Anatomy, and the Yogic view of the Mind-Body Connection and Health. One of her main influences in personal and professional life is Music. Understanding of the healing power of Vibration and Frequency led Ksenia to use Sound Healing in her Energy Work sessions. Breath is another influential component of Ksenia's practice. A Vipassana practitioner, she emphasizes the importance and countless benefits of the connection with the breath through teaching Yoga, Mediation, and Prana Yama. Essentially every Reiki session with her starts and ends with therapeutic Breath Work techniques or elements of Yogic Breathing. Ksenia uses an intuitive integrative approach in her healing sessions and employs skill in many modalities to help her clients achieve physical, emotional, and spiritual balance on the journey to their higher potential. CREDENTIALS: 500 hour Massage Therapy Course, specializing in Anatomy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lymphatic, Hydrotherapy, Acupressure, Shiatsu Massage; 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, ERYT; Usui Reiki Level 1 & 2 Training; Usui Reiki Master Teacher Training. REIKI ENERGY HEALING & CHAKRA BALANCING Reiki is a Japanese healing technique used for energy balancing, stress reduction, and relaxation. Along with Chakra balancing, Breath work, meditation, and sound healing are important components of Moon Yogi's energy healing sessions. Each treatment is followed by 10-15 min of integration. Length - 60 min or 90 min. 90 min Therapeutic Bodywork + Reiki & Chakra Balancing Sessions are also available. REIKI CLASSES Reiki 1, 2, and Master Teacher Level Classes. You can take levels 1 & 2 separately or together in one intensive class. Students receive printed materials, attunements and a certificate of completion. The classes are a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration, and practice time. Each student experiences giving and receiving a complete treatment using Byosen scanning and the hand placement system. For more information on Reiki and Reiki Classes Please visit www.moonyogi.com THERAPEUTIC BODYWORK Moon Yogi's Therapeutic Massage Healing sessions combine various techniques such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Esalen, Shiatsu, and Trigger Point Therapy to release deep seated muscular tension and stress. The length of the session can be 60 min, 90 min, or 120 min; however, 90 min and longer time is highly recommended for a non-rushed, meditative, deep bodywork experience. All treatments are personalized to meet individual needs and goals. Prenatal and 90 min Therapeutic Bodywork + Reiki & Chakra Balancing Sessions are also available. PRIVATE/ GROUP YOGA & MEDITATION SESSIONS All yoga sessions start and end with mediation. Intensity of the flow depends on practitioner’s experience and personal needs. Increase stamina, strength, and flexibility through Power Vinyasa Flow (90 min) or revitalize the body and calm the nervous system through breathing exercises and deep stretching of Restorative Flow (60 min). Prenatal Yoga Classes are also available. PRIVATE/ GROUP MEDITATION & PRANAYAMA Prana means life force or breath sustaining the body, Ayama translates as "to extend or draw out." Together two mean breath extension or control. Train your mind to induce a mode of expanded consciousness to reach inner peace. Explore different meditation techniques. Embrace the present moment through breathing exercises. Length - 45 min or 60 min.
