We had a great time at HQ, with CMO dr William Hsu and director of clinical nutrition Ashley Bizzell. We spend the afternoon with an amazing group of physicians, dietitians, and like-minded scientists, discussing the latest research behind the fasting-mimicking diet.
It’s always inspiring to exchange ideas with a community focused on evidence-based approaches to longevity, metabolic health, and quality of life.  Conversations like these are an important reminder that innovation in medicine comes from collaboration, research, and a shared commitment to improving patient outcomes.
