Little big news: BABY!!!🥹

So excited to share that my husband and I are expecting our first baby in Spring 2023. This is truly the best feeling in the world and the craziest, most surreal chapter of my life already. Taking every moment to be present and grateful while growing this little human. 😇 Also, I want to acknowledge pregnancy/TTC is a very tender subject for many people. If you’re currently trying or grieving, I see you. I feel for you with all my heart. If muting my account is the best decision for you for now, do it. Other than that, I’m excited to share this new chapter with you & connect with women who are going through it at the same time. ❤️

Bay Area babes, come brunch and do Pilates with us! I’m sooo excited to be hosting a pilates and brunch event with this month. I can’t contain my excitement because this is literally a dream come true! 🥹 I met Sofia, the owner of the best avocado toasts in SF, years ago at another event and now she’s been a member of my online Pilates classes for years. We can’t wait to bring our passion for health together for this event and have the best morning of movement, food, fun and new friends with you! ☕️🧘🏼‍♀️🫶🏻🥑

I’ve been a little quieter over here lately. Still trying to navigate social media and maintain a healthy relationship with it, so it never feels forced. When I feel like I need to take a step back, I’ve learned to listen and trust my gut.

Behind the scenes, I am staying connected with my Pilates bffs through emails and weekly workouts. (are you on the list? get on it on my website) Movement is still my best medicine & therapy, keeping me healthy and grounded. I am reading a lot and really leaning into things that increase my peace and mental wellbeing. Right bow that looks like long walks, daily naps, solo coffee + book dates, listening to inspiring, informative podcasts - currently loving .

I recently finished My Year of Rest and Relaxation and intend to do a mini version of it this summer with a healthy twist. More solitude, more real life conversations, more self awareness and growth. ☕️✨ My DMs are always open to you. Thank you for being the sweetest, kindest online friends. xx

Hi + hello friends! I am so incredibly excited to invite you all to my first ever charity Pilates class supporting (a United States 501 nonprofit organization) that encourages all girls to be "Strong, Smart, and Bold". I am incredibly excited and grateful to move with you for this amazing cause: to help girls learn to value themselves, develop their inherent strengths and grow up healthy, educated, and independent!

I mean...can there be a better purpose to do Pilates together!?

It has been in my heart to host a donation based class for a veeery long time and I am so happy to have found an organization & cause that I feel wholeheartedly aligned with and is very transparent and impactful in the way they're positively changing young women's lives.

Join me for 30 minute livestream workout on Zoom on Tuesday March 8th at 8am pst/11am est. Despite what I may look like, I haven’t always been the picture of health! Or self love for that matter! Being healthy and feeling good in my body has always been a goal but in my early twenties that goal led me into a dark mess road. I became so fixated on looking a certain way and trying to follow what other people said I “should” do that I lost track of how it was making me feel and the toll it was taking on my mental health.

I was working out to eat and I was eating to exercise, leaving no room to actually enjoy life. I was forcing myself to do the intense bootcamp style workouts that felt so wrong but I was taught to “push through the pain”. I would feel guilty if I skipped a workout or indulged in “cheat” meal.

I was bloated, tired, and I couldn’t for the life of me figure out what the heck was wrong with me and why I was feeling like sh*t considering I was doing what is believed to be “healthy”.

This is hard for me to share so openly but I hope this inspires you and reminds you that what we see is never the whole story. My hair story: This was never meant to be shared publicly but here we go! My hair journey has been full of ups and downs. Since I was a little girl, I've always taken good care of my hair and been on the hunt for the best products to keep my hair healthy, shiny and long. During the pandemic, I made some bad hair decisions and really neglected my hair health because my anxiety and stress levels were so high. It wasn't until I returned to my tried and true hair routine that I regained my hair confidence & health. I stopped messing with my hair by cutting it too often or trying different products. I learned that less is more, truly. I am feeling so much more like myself now that my hair is regaining its strength, length and shine. I can't wait to continue growing out my healthiest, happiest hair!

Some moments from the weekend that fill my heart and soul ✨🤍 A walk outside in the morning is one of the best ways to change your whole day & mood. I used to think of a walk only in terms of “how much calories can I burn”. TG those days are over for me. 🙃 Because once you let that toxic mindset go, movement becomes so easeful and healthful and not about changing your body… you feel FREE and it feels so effing good. Ironically, that’s when you see long lasting change in your body (and mind.)🙏🏻 I hope this encourages you to think differently about movement/exercise and realize that you can feel so much more peaceful and easeful instead of dreadful.
