Our Culinary Department has begun a new initiative on the Assisi Community providing bright red plates to residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia as recommended by the Red Plate Study. This study finds that due to the contrast provided by red plates, this demographic of residents shows an increase in food consumption when eating off of them. Great work Team!
