Ever pull the trigger on something, something that makes you extremely uncomfortable but something that brings you so much excitement for the endless possibilities?

It is with great gratitude that I thank West Jefferson for supporting me the past three years. My business has thrived and helped so many .

We will be building and relocating and the plan is to be moved late April early may .

Im so excited to continue to serve those I've built such a great relationship with and also build new relationships as we move . If you have any questions I'd love to answer them ...

Home workouts aren't as easy or motivating as gym workouts but, I love involving my kids in fitness and wellness .

Teach them young that moving their body is fun and necessary.

Teach them young that nutrition is important and we dont have to deprive ourselves to "eat healthy"

Teach them that their mind is so powerful. How they talk to themselves and how we talk to them matter .
