March Kick Ashe Member: Jennifer Greer

Jennifer shows us week after week what consistency and determination look like. A regular in open gym and a powerhouse in our recent barbell cycle, she absolutely crushed her deadlift goals.

Jennifer started CrossFit after COVID when her family decided it was time to become more active and now the whole Greer family is part of the Ashe CrossFit community. Her kids Arianna, Krislyn, and Ethan can all be found working hard in Husky Fit as well.

From completing her first half marathon to continuing to chase new strength goals, Jennifer proves that stepping outside your comfort zone leads to incredible things.

Hard-working, kind, and always showing up Jennifer is a true example of what makes this community special.

February is known for celebrating great partners… and this month we’re celebrating one of the best partnerships in the gym 💥

Our Kick Ashe Members: Richard & Avery 👏🏼

Richard has made incredible progress since starting last year. From the 30-minute class to jumping into full WODs and barbell sessions, his growth has been powerful to witness. He’s not just getting stronger, he’s lifting others up along the way. Always encouraging. Always showing up. A true example of what community looks like at Ashe CrossFit.

Avery! He’s been absolutely crushing it in Husky Fit and barbell. This young man pushes his limits and quietly challenges the adults to do the same. Strength, discipline, and heart well beyond his years.

Together, they represent what makes our gym special, growth across generations, partnership, and the kind of love that shows up consistently.

We are so grateful for what they bring and what they represent. ❤️🔥

✨ January Kick Ashe Member: Casey Smith ✨

Casey is the definition of committed, consistent, and kind. Whether she’s crushing evening classes or carving out Friday afternoons for family workouts with her husband Matt, daughter Libby, and son Cale, she shows us what balance and dedication really look like.

Casey leads by example, showing up, putting in the work, and lifting others up along the way. She reminds us that fitness is about so much more than the workout: it’s about community, accountability, and building a life of health together.
