River Mystic Massage Therapy Massage and Bodywork Therapy I grew up in Ashe County on the New River. I spend time working on problem areas such as the neck, shoulders, hands, and feet.

Said to be the second oldest river in the world, the New River is a wise old soul inviting you to sit on her banks and ponder life's greatest mysteries. If you need to slow down, get grounded, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a peace that only a river can provide, pull off your shoes, take a dip, and relax. My goal is to provide deep relaxation, pain relief, and stress reduction through a combination of long flowing strokes and deeper focused work. I celebrated my 5 year anniversary of being a licensed massage therapist today by attending a Thai Foot Massage class.

The little wooden rod is used to stimulate acupressure points on the foot. Ahhhhh, so relaxing and rejuvenating! You guys know how much I love reflexology!
