I love people. It has taken me a very long time to admit that loving people is my gift! I always thought it wasn’t good enough. So funny!

Now that I can shout to the world how much I love you all, I’m ready to share my gifts! I have fallen IN LOVE with chakra & meridian balancing, the drama triangle, and healthy life coaching. I always say to start your day with a glass of water!!

Fatigue, moodiness and anxiety might be in part from mild dehydration.

Even slight dehydration that occurs before the sensation of thirst appears can cause moodiness, fatigue and lowered cognition.

It seems your body is speaking to you before you even really think about it!

According to research published in The Journal of Nutrition, this mild dehydration occurs not just after physical exertion, but just through normal daily tasks. Still, even just a 1.5% loss in water volume can affect mood and energy levels.

The Institute of Medicine recommends that women consume 9 cups of water daily, that men consume 13 cups and that children and teens consume 8 cups. Of course, it varies according to your own metabolic needs. Eating plenty of fruit and vegetables are important to keep hydrated.

I like to use a home water filter to avoid consuming compounds found in plastic and I supplement with minerals.

Nature provides so much of what we need to feel good, and water is such an essential part of the equation. Best to stay hydrated before you start feeling overly thirsty.
