I meal prepped a cauldron of soup last night 🤤😍 It can be daunting to figure out meals while you adjust to life with a new baby. Postpartum doulas like me love to fill in those gaps so you can focus on connecting with your Self and your little one 🥰 That can look like cooking, cleaning, laundry, sitting with Baby while you take some time to yourself for rest or self-care, and the list goes on! It takes a village, they say 🌎✨
