When a client messages you funny reals you gotta share. And also share that one of the best things we as woman who may be in perimenopause, menopause and even jus wanting to move better. Is to honestly move out bodies differently then what we do on a daily routine.
As I dive deeper into personal training with corrective exercises specialization I am truly realizing that Motion is Lotion, and it is a must to incorporate mobility, cardio, weight bearing exercises, a little bit of pounding our bones with daily jumps, and weight training for muscles and tissue.
Getting 6-8 hours of sleep everyday, having nutritious lifestyle habits either protein first, fruits veggies and fiberous grains/legimes and eating til satisfied not full/belly aching!!
