We marked our 9th Anniversary with something brand new – our very first Family Game Night! 🧩🎲 Families of our residents came together with staff and each other to share laughter, connection, and fun.

Everyone enjoyed walking tacos, a variety of dips and treats, and fresh popcorn while playing games and making memories. 💕

Living in an assisted living community doesn’t take away family – it brings new light to family, as we grow together and celebrate these special moments.

We had a fantastic time training our staff on preserving dignity, a value that guides our care every day. In honor of CNA WEEK, we indulged in delicious tacos and celebrated our incredible Certified Nursing Assistants who work tirelessly to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

A special shoutout to our 2025 graduates! 🎓 We’re so proud of your hard work and dedication. To top it all off, we had a fun-filled ADL relay race that brought out the competitive spirit and camaraderie among our staff.

🌟 Exciting News at Sunridge Assisted Living! 🌟

We are thrilled to welcome our new Nurse, Jalene Thorne, to the Sunridge family! 🎉

Jalene began her journey in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in 2016 as one of the first employees at Sunridge She graduated from nursing school in December 2019. Since the opening of Sunridge, she has been an invaluable part of our team, and we are so glad to have her back with us, bringing her passion and expertise to our residents.

Jalene is not only dedicated to her profession but also to her family. She is married to her husband since 2020 and is a proud mom to four wonderful daughters: Elizabeth (the oldest), Madison (who is married to Quinn and is almost done with PA school), Anne (the third in line, currently in school), and Jenna (the youngest, also pursuing her education).

In her free time, Jalene loves four-wheeling, traveling, and spending quality time with her family playing games. With experience in wound care and home health, she is eager to expand her nursing knowledge and provide the best care possible. Her warm and friendly demeanor, along with her genuine concern for our residents' well-being and health, makes her a perfect fit for our community.
