Our residents had a blast playing noodle balloon games, a fun activity that encourages gentle exercise, hand-eye coordination, and social interaction. These playful moments support physical movement, stimulate the mind, and—best of all—bring pure joy, which you can see written all over their faces. 💙

We were sweating to the oldies in our Memory Care at Sunridge Assisted Living, and what a workout it was! 🎶💃🕺
Our music programs had everyone moving, dancing, and smiling from ear to ear. There was so much fun happening that we spent more time dancing and less time taking pictures—and honestly, that’s the best kind of problem to have! 💙

Sometimes a new friend changes everything. 🐾💙

Paul recently found a best friend in his newly acquired dog, and with that friendship has come a renewed sense of purpose and joy. Taking on the responsibility of caring for his pup has brought a brighter step to his days—more smiles, more movement, and more moments filled with love.
